Haha, your portal was very cool and original. I liked it, and it definitely has great looks. Your forum index... the forum index is alright, but it seems a little to plain and messy. First of all, you don't have your subforums hidden (which makes the categories and discussion forums look like crap.) Secondly, you have the 'Moderators: thing active in the forum descriptions (which adds on to the crap appearance of the categories and discussion forums. Other than those two main downfalls, I'd say that everything else is nice. I like the snowfall script, the banner's pretty nice, and the navigation bar is great too; nice work. Oh, and me and Tony had a nice discussion in the xat. Nice members you got. Also, we were discussing how you should get a domain to make your forum look better and more professional. If you can't afford a paid domain, you can go get a free co.cc one.)
- Categories & Forums (Score: 9/10):
As I stated for the first impression criteria, you need to hide the subforums (you can request support here on the forum if you don't know how to.) But apart from that, I like how your forum is based on Flash, and how almost everything is discussed about Flash or anything relevant. You have a nice amount of discussion forums, your general sections are at the bottom of the forums; very nice and decent.

Banner It looked a little blurry when I first looked at it, but when I actually got ahold of the view of it, it seemed like a pretty decent banner. Once I got the whole concept of Flash stickmen, then I got the whole concept of the banner and the flash on the homepage. Nice work! Navigation Bar Simple, but nice. The way I see it, it definitely fits into the forum. Nice work!

Dark gray and red- pretty nice combo for a color scheme. I like your forum layout as well. Great job with the layout and color scheme, it looks great.
- Images & Icons (Score: 10/10):
The forum icons that you have seem to be temporary for the holiday theme. But for a temporary negotiation, I'd say that the look of them are prety good. I can also see that you used my Apocalypse theme (I believe that's the one) considering the Locked icon that you have, hehe. Good job with the icons!

- Population of Groups (Score: 7/10):
In total, you have 8 usergroups, but that seems pretty reasonable. However, 3 of the usergroups are staff groups, and the other 3 seem to be generally miscellaneous usergroups, and 2 of them seem to be the same thing ('Special Group'.) If I were you, I'd remove those two groups so that the staff usergroups and general usergroups can maintain the same weight.
- Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 7/10):
Pretty much the same info qualifies for this criteria. Just be sure to try balancing the staff usergroups and general usergroups by removing those two un-needed usergroups.

If you divide all of those posts into your members, the ratio would be about 35 posts per member on the forum. Considering that, I'd say that 35 posts per member is a pretty nice ratio for a forum of your size. Nice work!

In total, you've had 21 users online in the past 24 hours. Very nice activity you have there. However, to be more secure, convenient, and confident on your activity, the best source of retrieving your old registered members back is to send out weekly newsletters and daily inactive account notifications. Good job though.
Forum Activity total :: 20/20Overall Marking: 89/100You have passed! What could be done to improve your forum: I highly suggest hiding the sub-forums and removing those two 'Special Group' usergroups (unless they are necessary for your forum. Something else I would like to suggest is remove the ' Moderators:' tag from the discussion forums. The best thing I like about your forum:The banner and the concept that it's based around Flash. Very nice forum you have, keep it up!

When I viewed your forum's index, I immediately blurted out a thought... 'What ever happened to that dark theme the last time I came on this forum?!'. You use to have a nice dark theme, but now everything is all light and blue-colored. Many things have changed since my last visit on your forum; and even your XAT disappeared, haha. Anyway, my opinion on your new light-colored theme isn't all that positive. I think that the dark background was a lot more better for a forum like yours, and the blue theme that you have seems too... meh, professional - and that's not what I want to see on a forum that's based on Flash animation. What happened to that cool portal that you had, as well? That was pretty neat, and a nice feature on your forum. But anyway, the forum index looks alright. I like the font that you've used for the catgories and forums, and I also like icons that you have. However, there's too big problems that I have based on my first impressions on your forum: 1) Your banner says 'AnimateX' instead of 'AnimatorX'... 2) You don't have a nice forum background; the background is just a solid blue color.
- Categories & Forums (Score: 9/10):
You have a nice amount and displayment of categories and discussion forums, in my opinion. The forum descriptions are lengthy and they actually make sense unlike many other forums with crappy forum description that don't even have correct use of grammar. Overall, I only see one small problem with this criteria. The problem is that you have a general discussion section at the TOP of the forum instead of down at the bottom. To be honest, a general discussion section doesn't seem very professional nor convenient. If you ask me, I'd say that you should place the 'General' discussion forum down in the 'Off-Topic & Art' category where the section would seem more relevant. I guess that's it for this criteria, good job.

Banner I don't mean to be harsh, but your banner isn't very great. It's all pixelated and simple-like. I could even make something similar to that in MS Paint. I'd recommend that you try making something that fits the theme a little bit better. The paint splatter doesn't look that good, and the background has no relevance to the forum's color scheme/theme whatsoever. Also, as I stated in the first impressions criteria, your banner says 'AnimateX' instead of 'AnimatorX' (which is the title of your forum.) If I were you, I would get that changed right away. Navigation Bar I like the forum's navigation bar. I think that it fits the theme well, and that it is a nice piece of artwork on your forum; very attractive. There's nothing more to say about your navigation bar.
- Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 4/10):
I like the color scheme that you have for your forum, but I'm not necessarily fond with the theme. The background image of the forum is just a plain, solid blue color, and the category header image is just a plain, tealish-blue color with some pixelated design. I really believe that you can do a lot much better than that. Get yourself a decent forum background (something that ranges around the current color scheme of the forum) and a better category header image for your category headers.
- Images & Icons (Score: 8/10):
The WhoIsOnline? image is a decently attractive icon for your forum, but it definitely does not fit the color scheme. If I were you, I would make it some sort of bluish color, like this:
Other than that, you're pretty much set. The basic forum icons that you have are nice, and they contribute to the color scheme a little bit as well. However, I'd go for more of a bluish color (just like the color I used for that WhoIsOnline? image) instead of a tealish color.

In total, you have 2 forum administrators, 4 members of global moderation, and 4 graphic designers. Considering the size of your forum, I'd say that is a pretty decently controlled and balance amount of staff members overall on the forum. However, try not to add anymore staff members until your forum gets large enough to where it really needs more staff members.
- Usergroups in General (Score: 8/10):
The graphics team is a must-need for any type of graphic forum (including Flash), so I'm glad that you have that usergroup. The Administration team is also a must-need for every forum. I don't understand why you have a 'Global Moderators' usergroup when you don't even have a normal 'Moderators' usergroup; I think you should change that usergroup to 'Moderators' instead. The VIPs group is a handy usergroup to have around to keep a little action in the usergroups. I only see one problem with your usergroups in general, and that's that your graphic designing usergroup's color is yellow - you can barely even read what the team is called the first time you see it. Be sure to get that fixed.

You have had approximately 25 members active in the past 48 hours. You have nearly 150 members, and only 25 members active in the past 2 days is not very much of a success... nor an accomplishment or goal. You have a nice amount and arrangement of them, but the only problem that I see with them at the moment is the displacement of the 'General' section.
